Baking is a wonderful passion that can also be turned into a fulfilling profession. Many people find joy and satisfaction in creating delicious baked goods and sharing them with others. If you're passionate about baking and considering pursuing it as a profession, here are some things to keep in mind:

Acquire the necessary skills: Start by honing your baking skills. Experiment with different recipes, techniques, and ingredients to expand your knowledge and expertise. Consider taking baking classes or attending workshops to learn from professionals and gain practical experience.

Develop a strong foundation: Familiarize yourself with the fundamental techniques and principles of baking. Learn about ingredient functions, measurement conversions, mixing methods, and temperature control. Building a solid foundation will provide a strong basis for your future endeavors.

Explore different baking specialties: Baking encompasses a wide range of specialties, such as bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and more. Experiment with different types of baked goods to discover what interests you the most. You can choose to specialize in a particular area or become a versatile baker offering a variety of treats.

Gain professional experience: Look for opportunities to gain professional experience in the baking industry. Consider working at a bakery, pastry shop, or restaurant to learn from experienced bakers, observe their techniques, and understand the dynamics of a commercial kitchen. This experience will help you develop important skills and give you a taste of the professional baking environment.

Build a portfolio: Document your baking creations by taking high-quality photos and maintaining a portfolio. This will showcase your skills and help you market yourself to potential clients or employers. Create an online presence through social media platforms or a personal website to share your work and attract a wider audience.

Networking and collaborations: Connect with other professionals in the baking industry, such as chefs, bakers, and food bloggers. Look for culinary schools or programs that offer specialized baking courses or degrees in pastry arts. These programs often provide hands-on training, industry connections, and a deeper understanding of the culinary world.

Start small: If you're interested in starting your own baking business, consider beginning on a smaller scale. Start by selling your baked goods at local farmers' markets, food fairs, or through online platforms. This will allow you to gain experience in managing your own business, interacting with customers, and refining your recipes.

Stay updated and innovative: Keep up with current baking trends, techniques, and flavors. Attend workshops, read industry publications, and follow influential bakers on social media to stay inspired and informed. Embrace creativity and constantly challenge yourself to develop new recipes and concepts.

6 LAWS TO WIN IN LIFE

6 LAWS TO WIN IN LIFE

1.Stop telling people your plans

When you over share, you hurt your own progress. Keep things private and win.

2.Know when to say no

Strong people put their own well being before pleasing others. Practice saying no more often.

3. Make a decision, and commit to it

Too many people lack discipline and go back to their toxic patterns. Make a decision to change, and stick to it.

4. There is power in numbers

Nobody has made it in life all by themselves. You need a team that uplifts and supports you. Stop being a lone wolf.

5. Starve your distractions, feed your focus

Focus on your goals instead of

cheap dopamine. You will achieve anything you ever wanted.

6. Always provide value to others

There is only one secret to success: making other people's lives easier. In business and relationships, providing value will keep you their first priority.

SOME SOCIAL RULES THAT MAY HELP YOU:

SOME SOCIAL RULES THAT MAY HELP YOU:

1. Don’t call someone more than twice continuously. If they don’t pick up your call, presume they have something important to attend to;

2. Return money that you have borrowed even before the person that borrowed you remember or ask for it. It shows your integrity and character. Same goes with umbrellas, pens and lunch boxes.

3. Never order the expensive dish on the menu when someone is giving you a lunch/dinner.

4. Don’t ask awkward questions like ‘Oh so you aren’t married yet?’ Or ‘Don’t you have kids’ or ‘Why didn’t you buy a house?’ Or why don't you buy a car? For God’s sake it isn’t your problem;

5. Always open the door for the person coming behind you. It doesn’t matter if it is a guy or a girl, senior or junior. You don’t grow small by treating someone well in public;

6. If you take a taxi with a friend and he/she pays now, try paying next time;

7. Respect different shades of opinions. Remember what's 6 to you will appear 9 to someone facing you. Besides, second opinion is good for an alternative;

8. Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. As they say, hear them all and filter them all;

9. If you tease someone, and they don’t seem to enjoy it, stop it and never do it again. It encourages one to do more and it shows how appreciative you're;

10. Say “thank you” when someone is helping you.

11. Praise publicly. Criticize privately;

12. There’s almost never a reason to comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look fantastic.” If they want to talk about losing weight, they will;

13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left or right. You never know what’s next;

 14. If a colleague tells you they have a doctors' appointment, don’t ask what it’s for, just say "I hope you’re okay". Don’t put them in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you their personal illness. If they want you to know, they'll do so without your inquisitiveness;

15. Treat the cleaner with the same respect as the CEO. Nobody is impressed at how rude you can treat someone below you but people will notice if you treat them with respect;

16. If a person is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is rude;

17. Never give advice until you’re asked;

18. When meeting someone after a long time, unless they want to talk about it, don’t ask them their age and salary;

19. Mind your business unless anything involves you directly - just stay out of it;

20. Remove your sunglasses if you are talking to anyone in the street. It is a sign of respect. Moreso, eye contact is as important as your speech; and

21. Never talk about your riches in the midst of the poor. Similarly, don't talk about your children in the midst of the barren.

22.After reading a good message try to say       "Thanks for the message".

Yes! You are strong enough to survive this.

 Yes,

You are strong enough to survive this.

I know it seems like your world is over and maybe you can’t find the light right now, but hang in there.

I know your soul is weary and you feel like you can’t keep going, but don’t stop.

Your happiness may seem so far away, but it’s not as far as you might think.

Yes, the nights can be long and you don’t have any answers, but you don’t have to.

Breathe.

Take a moment and remember what all you’ve survived before now.

You’ve been through the fire and always found your way..your courage has been forged in the flames that tried to take you down.

Remember that- you’re a warrior who will continue to rise again.

It’s time to find your magic again and listen to your heart.

It knows the way, but you’ve gotten so weary that you’ve lost the path.

If you’ve lost faith in yourself and your strength is waning, know that you’re not alone.

You’re loved, you’re enough and I believe in you.

It’s always darkest before dawn and this is your time to start again.

Every end is a new beginning and your next chapter will be magical..

You just have to start believing in you like I do.

Like all the people in your life do.

I know you’re reading this and wondering how you’ll make it through this, I’m telling you..

You got this.

You are meant for more than to simply fizzle out like a dampened flicker of light.

You’re a wildfire capable of setting your soul and life on fire again.

Take my hand and let’s start climbing out of the darkness, day by day.

I know you’ve been looking for a sign, something to believe in..

Well, this is it.

Today is your wake up call and this is where you start again- you’re strong enough and you’re worth it.

It won’t be easy and it won’t be fast, but it will change your life if you’re ready.

These words were meant for you.

Are you ready to start again?

Believe, darling..in you, your destiny and most of all, in that you are meant for more.

Beginning today..get up, step up and start remembering the magic and dreams you lost along the way.

Anything’s possible if you just believe..

And I believe in you.❤️

𝟏. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

"Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, your worst enemy already lives inside you: your ego."

Since pride is in us, it is either we feed it or starve it.

How you deal with your pride makes the big difference.

𝟐. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞

"Your ego is not some power you’re forced to satiate at every turn. It can be managed. It can be directed."

As soon as you feel you are becoming egoistic, boastful, and proud – you can tell yourself to stop.

𝟑. 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤, 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧.

Ego encourages you to lift yourself and base your worth on nothing or false worth.

On the other hand, humility tells you how important it is to listen to people.

𝟒. 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭

Ego tells you not to listen to anyone.

As a result, you stop learning.

When you become a student, you lay aside your pride.

You admit to yourself that you don’t know everything.

So, if you want to keep on learning, learn to be humble first.

𝟓. 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭

Ego focuses on self.

Humility focuses on others.

If you want to become great, you need to help other people become great.

That’s just how the universal law works.

12 Important Unspoken Social Rules You Should Know.

12 Important Unspoken Social Rules You Should Know.

1. Don't interrupt when someone is talking. - neuroticals do this CONSTANTLY. Despite touting it as a rule, people actually seem to only get upset when an autistic person or person with ADHD does it. People with ADHD can't hold their thought, and know this, and need to share it while they have it... That's why they sometimes try to get it out immediately. If you don't interrupt others, try leaving breaks in the conversation for the other person to say something.

2. Don't judge someone by their appearance. Many people have missed opportunities as a result of it. While I generally agree with this, it's important for those of us that are ND to know that NTs WILL be making assumptions about us based on appearances, and how we look and carry ourselves matters an inordinate amount to them. If you find yourself judging someone else on their appearance, maybe consider that how it looks wasn't more important than the pain something else may cause or the sensory overwhelm. It's not more important than body temperature regulation, and that person's ability to prioritize their self-care.

3. Always respect someone's personal space. If they ask for it, honor it, but a lot of people have difficulty with spacial recognition, even and perhaps especially, with regard to where their own body is in relation to something/someone else... Additionally, correct personal space distance is cultural, familial, and regional... Don't assume someone is trying to violate your boundaries. Just let them know your preferences.

4. Never assume something about someone. Talk to them if you care.

5. Apologize when you're wrong. Ego never adds anything valuable to you. Rather it subtracts.  Often it's a trauma response that causes an inability to take accountability for your actions, but it's actually vital to learn to do so. If someone takes accountability, especially if it seems like it was difficult, don't rub their noses in it. Don't punish behaviors you want to see.

6. Don't talk badly about someone behind their back. It is a way of telling the audience you will do the same about them. More than that it's unkind. If you wouldn't say it to their faces, don't say it at all.

7. Be honest, even if it's hard. And say No when it is not comfortable to you, even if it hurts. More women are killed this way, I swear... Honesty is vital, and so is saying no when it matters, but never do something that's going to endanger your life or someone else's, including saying no, if there's a way for you to stay safe. I'm not going to judge you for surviving.

8. Don't gossip or spread rumours, even on social media. Don't believe anything you hear about a person from a third party, BUT always try to believe victims, and honor their decisions to remove a person from their lives for any reason.

9. Don't stare or make inappropriate comments about people. Don't comment anything about a person if they don't have control over it, or can't easily change it. This involves their body shapes... I could write a novel about that, but I'll just leave it there.

10. Treat others how you want to be treated. No. Treat others how they want to be treated.

11. Offer help when you can, but do not be compelled to do so. Offer help when you can, but make sure your needs are met.

12. Don't let your anger control your actions. Or your fear.

How to Become Emotionally Strong and Intelligent.

How to Become Emotionally Strong and Intelligent.

1. Don’t let people control your thoughts, reactions, and emotions. Smart people would like to fit their thoughts in your mind through conviction, repetition, luring, offers, affection, and appreciation.

2. Realize that negative emotions aren’t always negative. Sometimes, negativity is a sign of progress, change, or growth. Whenever you leave a comfort zone you ought to fear and get anxious.

3. Take the words and ignore the noise. Don’t react to reactions, don’t react to immaturity, don’t react to emotions. React to facts, logic, meanings and sensible questions.

4. Never consider yourself as perfect and complete. Always identify space for improvement. Realize imperfections in your opinions, choices, and thoughts. Realize that your thought process is restricted by limited knowledge and experiences and be open to corrections.

5. Never be quick to jump on a judgement. Think about an event with neutrality, empathy and lack of sentiment, and then decide.

6. Don’t aim at perfection, perfectionism is a sickness and not greatness, let life run naturally, the way it is, and realize that people ought to make mistakes, things may not turn out as expected, and each day may bring some disappointments.

1. Don't wait for the perfect moment. The perfect moment will never come. The only way to get started is to take action, even if you're not sure what you're doing.

2. Break down your goals into small steps. Large goals can be daunting and overwhelming. Break them down into smaller, more manageable steps that you can take one at a time.

6. Celebrate your successes. This will help you stay motivated and on track.

7. Don't be afraid to ask for help. If you're struggling, don't be afraid to ask for help from a friend, family member, or professional.

9. Don't give up. The only way to fail is to give up. If you keep trying, you will eventually succeed.

10. Learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to learn from them and not make the same mistake twice.

Following these lessons can help you develop the discipline and follow-through to achieve your goals. This will lead to greater success in all areas of your life.

Human beings are of four types:

Human beings are of four types:

1. A man who knows, and knows that he knows. This is the scholar, so take and patiently learn from him.

2. A man who knows, but does not know that he knows. This one has forgotten, so quietly remind him.

3. A man who does not know, and knows that he does not know. This one is a student, so teach him continuously because he will be a great scholar one day.

4. A man who does not know, and does not know that he does not know and isn’t even interested in knowing. This one is an idiot, so reject him".

8 Steps to Become a More Disciplined Person.

8 Steps to Become a More Disciplined Person.

1. Set Goals. Start by setting achievable and measurable goals for yourself. This will help you stay focused and motivated to reach your goals.

2. Make a Plan. Once you have set your goals, make a plan of action to achieve them. No goal will be achieved without relevant actions. So, break down the steps into smaller tasks and set deadlines for each task.

3. Track Your Progress. Keep track of your progress by writing down what you have accomplished each day or week. This will help you to stay on track and motivated to keep going.

4. Stay Organized. Create a system that works for you to stay organized and on top of tasks. This could include using a planner, creating to do lists, or setting reminders on your phone or computer.

5. Avoid Distractions. It is easy to get distracted by social media, TV, or other activities when trying to be disciplined. So, try to limit these distractions as much as possible while working towards your goals.

6. Take Breaks. Don’t forget to take breaks when needed in order to recharge and refocus on the task at hand. Taking breaks can also help prevent burnout and keep you motivated in the long run.

7. Reward Yourself. Celebrate small successes along the way with rewards such as taking a break from work or treating yourself to something special like a massage or dinner out with friends or family members who support your efforts!

8. Stay Positive. Lastly, remember that becoming more disciplined takes time and practice. So, don’t be too hard on yourself if things don’t go as planned right away!

Stay positive and keep pushing forward towards achieving your goals!

MORAL LESSON

 MORAL LESSON

Four Reminders that Will Make Calmness Your Superpower

1. If you don’t like someone’s behavior, stay away, but don’t hurt them. Don’t be abusive and disrespectful. That’s a sign of weakness. In fact, the real test always comes when you don’t get what you expect from people. Will you react in anger? Or will calmness continue to be your superpower?

2. Don’t lower your standards, but do know that removing your expectations of others is the best way to avoid being disappointed by them. You will end up sadly disappointed if you expect people will always do for you as you do for them. Remember, not everyone has the same heart as you.

3. People are much nicer when they’re at peace and happier, which says a lot about people who aren’t very nice to you. Wish them well, and be on your way.

4. You won’t always be a priority to others, and that’s why you need to be a priority to yourself. Learn to respect yourself, take care of yourself, and become your own support system. Your needs matter. Start meeting them. Don’t wait on others to choose you. Choose yourself, today! START making your happiness a priority!

Your ultimate goal is to grow so strong on the inside that almost nothing on the outside can affect your inner peace of mind without your conscious permission...

Because the bottom line is, despite the real world challenges you face, the biggest and most complex obstacle you will have to personally overcome on a daily basis is your own mind.

In other words, you aren't responsible for everything that happens to you in life, but you ARE responsible for undoing the self-defeating thinking patterns that these undesirable experiences create.

BELIEVE THAT.

MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey.

MEANING; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles Love the Storm.

When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

MEANING; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

5. Eagles Prepare for Training;

They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies/ when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest./

MEANING; Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there.

6. When the Eagle Grows Old,

His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his bod

TYPES OF PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM

TYPES OF PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM

1- The racist, colorist, sexist and ableist:

They are superficial, judgmental, ignorant and full of hatred.

People who hold extremely dangerous views, promote hatred, pass it on and brainwash people are not good to be around.

Remove them from your life and protect yourself from them.

2-The egocentric and full of pride: They feel superior to others, they lack humility and are extremely self-centered.

Do you know what to do with people who have huge egos?

You leave them alone. You let them stay in their delusion and complex of superiority.

In time, life will humble them.

Surround yourself with people who are loving, humble, kind and respectful. They deserve more of your attention and time. They will teach you self-love and help you improve your self-esteem.

Try not to pay attention to people who give off negative vibes. Focus on people who love and care about you. Those are the people that matter. Stay blessed 🙏🏾

BECOMING A BETTER HUMAN BEING

 BECOMING A BETTER HUMAN BEING

1-Be who you want to see in others. Be real and honest about who you are.

2-Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Don't belittle or place anyone on a pedestal. We are all humans!

3- Recognize your flaws and shortcomings. Be self-aware and challenge yourself to grow.

4-Recognize your strengths and talents. Every human being has value and can contribute to something.

5- Learn from your mistakes. Forgive yourself. Don’t become a victim of your circumstances. Get up and glow, it's the best form of "revenge" and self-care.

6- Accept constructive criticism, even when it's unsolicited. You don't have to agree with it, but listening with an open mind can help you approach yourself and your life in new ways.

7 - Apologize when you’re wrong. Don't make excuses to justify your hurtful actions. Be humble not prideful.

8- Educate yourself everyday and let others educate you too. We all can learn from each other. Nobody knows and is right about everything.

9- Don’t just forget all the good someone has done to you when they hurt you. Look at the good they once did too.

10- Remember that self-improvement isn’t about reaching perfection. You will make many mistakes, you will be tested, you will fall short, but the most important thing is to keep getting back up.

7 RULES OF LIFE

 7 RULES OF LIFE

1. Smile:

A simple smile holds incredible power. Smiling not only brightens your day but also has a profound impact on those around you. It is a universal language that transcends barriers and spreads positivity. When you wear a smile, you invite happiness into your life and create a welcoming atmosphere for others. Smiling is contagious, and by radiating joy, you can uplift the spirits of those who cross your path. Remember that even in challenging times, a smile can be a beacon of hope and a reminder that things will eventually work out.

2. Be Kind:

Kindness is a virtue that costs nothing but has immeasurable value. By practicing kindness, you have the ability to make a significant impact on the lives of others. A simple act of kindness, whether it's offering a helping hand, lending a listening ear, or expressing words of encouragement, can brighten someone's day and restore their faith in humanity. Kindness creates a ripple effect, spreading positivity and fostering meaningful connections. Remember, by being kind to others, you cultivate a sense of empathy and compassion within yourself.

3. Don't Give Up:

Life is full of obstacles and setbacks. It's crucial to adopt a resilient attitude and maintain unwavering determination in the face of challenges. Don't let failure discourage you; instead, view it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Embrace the mindset that setbacks are stepping stones to success. If one approach doesn't yield the desired outcome, adapt, improvise, and try another route. Keep moving forward with perseverance, knowing that success often requires multiple attempts. Remember, every setback is an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

4. Don't Compare:

In the age of social media, it's easy to fall into the trap of comparison. However, comparing yourself to others only breeds discontentment and diminishes your self-worth. Understand that each person's journey is unique, and everyone progresses at their own pace. Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on your own progress and growth. Celebrate your achievements and set realistic goals that align with your values and aspirations. Remember, comparison steals your joy and prevents you from fully embracing your individuality.

5. Avoid Negativity:

Negativity can be toxic and drain your energy. It's essential to cultivate a positive mindset and surround yourself with uplifting influences. Be mindful of your thoughts and replace negative self-talk with affirmations and gratitude. Choose your company wisely and gravitate towards individuals who inspire, support, and encourage you. Avoid engaging in gossip or dwelling on negativity. By consciously eliminating negative influences, you create space for personal growth and attract positivity into your life.

6. Make Peace with Your Past:

The past can weigh heavily on the present if we allow it. To embrace personal growth and happiness, it is crucial to make peace with your past. Acknowledge past mistakes, learn from them, and use those experiences as stepping stones towards a better future. Cultivate mindfulness and focus on the present moment, cherishing the opportunities it offers. By letting go of past regrets and resentments, you free up mental and emotional space to fully engage in the present. Take time to reflect on the lessons learned and use them to shape a better future for yourself. Embrace forgiveness, both for others and yourself, as it is a powerful tool for healing and growth. Remember, the past is behind you, and your focus should be on creating a brighter and more fulfilling future.

7. Take Care of Your Body & Mind:

Your body and mind are interconnected, and nurturing both is essential for overall well-being. Prioritize self-care by engaging in activities that promote physical and mental health. Exercise regularly, fuel your body with nutritious food, and get enough restful sleep. Take time to relax and engage in activities that bring you joy and peace. Practice mindfulness, meditation, or any form of mental wellness that resonates with you. Surround yourself with positive influences and seek support when needed. Remember, a healthy body and mind lay the foundation for a happy and fulfilling life.

Remember that these rules are not a one-time checklist but a continuous journey of self-improvement. Embrace them, adapt them to your life, and watch as they positively transform your perspective and interactions with the world.

Choose what you fight for wisely.

I once asked a very successful woman to share her secret with me. She smiled and said to me..

"I started succeeding when I started leaving small fights for small fighters.

I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me...

I stopped fighting with my in laws...

I stopped fighting for attention...

I stopped fighting to meet peoples expectation of me...

I stopped fighting for my rights with inconsiderate people..

I stopped fighting to please everyone...

I stopped fighting to prove they were wrong about me....

I left such fights for those who have nothing else to fight...

And I started fighting for

my vision,

my dreams,

my ideas and

my destiny.

The day I gave up on small fights is the day I started becoming successful & so much more content."

Some fights are not worth your time...

Choose what you fight for wisely.

THE POWER OF NOW: Living in truth

THE POWER OF NOW: Living in truth

When I was younger I used to be so concerned with what would happen after I leave this world. I would think about my legacy and how I hope people would remember me.

As I get older, I’m realizing that it doesn’t really matter what happens after I die because I won’t be here to see it.

People will always have something good to say about us once we pass so the focus shouldn’t be on what we leave behind but rather on what we’re doing while we’re here. Especially for ourselves.

Many people spend years of their lives sacrifices everything for others, putting themselves last, worrying about everyone’s opinions, needs and happiness except their own.

Only to realize in time that humans are seasonal and often interest driven; that most people leave when they don’t have anything to gain from a relationship and it can be a very sad and devastating reality.

My point is, life is more than just building and leaving a legacy behind. Do good to others but don’t neglect yourself.

Live and experience the journey of life in all truth and freedom. Be authentic, speak your heart and don’t be afraid to go after the things that makes you happy. You owe it to yourself.

THINGS I WISH I KNEW EARLIER IN LIFE

THINGS I WISH I KNEW EARLIER IN LIFE

1-There are battles you have to conquer on your own. Roads you have to take alone. You can't always rely on your family, friends or even partner to save you from yourself.

2-There isn't just one specific person meant for you to be with romantically. You can fall in love more than once. You don't need to hold onto who leaves you, usually there's a blessing behind it.

3-Choosing to not give your side of the story can sometimes be the most peaceful way to win a battle. Time always reveals the truth. Don't worry.

4- Self care is everything. Invest in yourself. Mental and physical health should always be your priority in life.

5-Dignity is important. Do not ever make any compromises on that count. Don’t allow anyone to take you for granted or disrespect you. Know your worth.

6-Once a mistake, twice a choice and more than that is a pattern. Break the cycle.

7-Never put yourself last. Don’t sacrifice your entire life for people. Sounds very selfish but everyone is on their own journey of life. It’s not your job to make people happy.

8-Disconnect from the notion that the amount of attention or messages you get from someone daily is a validation of your worth.

People have lives outside of their phones. Give them space and your absence. Being available all the time causes over familiarity and you slowly lose your respect without even realizing it. Get busy.

9-Never completely tell anyone everything about you no matter how much you trust them. Keep some mystery to yourself.

10-Distance yourself from a problem for a fresher perspective. Just as the world looks more beautiful from an airplane, things will seem better from a distance.

 The Rules for Being Human

Every human being is a problem in search of a solution.

~Ashley Montagu

1. You will receive a body.

You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period of this time around.

2. You will learn lessons.

You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called Life.

Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid.

3. There are no mistakes, only lessons.

Growth is a process of trial and error: Experimentation. The “failed” experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiment that ultimately “works.”

4. A lesson is repeated until learned.

A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can then go on to the next lesson.

5. Learning lessons does not end.

There is no part of life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.

“6There” is no better than “here.”

When your “there” has become a “here,” you will simply obtain another “there” that will again look better than “here.”

7. Others are merely mirrors of you.

You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself.

8. What you make of your life is up to you.

You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.

9. Your answers lie inside you.

The answers to Life’s questions lie inside you. All you need to do is look, listen and trust.

10. You will forget all this

Start Improving Your Self-esteem NOW Before It Is Too Late

Be determined to improve your self-esteem and you will be on your way to great achievement. Do not let a low self-esteem ruin your life. The way you think about yourself determines how you interact with others.

What are some examples of low esteem aspects in your mind that you need improvement on?

1. Nothing you do seems to go right.

2. You believe that most people do not like you.

3. You believe that you are not attractive.

4. You choose something, and it turns out to be the worst one.

5. You are afraid to converse with others for fear that what you say might not make sense.

6. You feel swallowed up in a whirlpool of frustration.

What’s wrong with you? Nothing but your thoughts.

Stop thinking that the world is closing in on you. Get determined to achieve what you desire. Stop blaming other people for your misfortunes. The world is not your problem, you are your own problem.

From this moment on, begin the process of self-esteem improvement. Think the right way and be determined to win and you will. Just remember that success never comes easily and that is why determination is its counterpart.

Often, one gets to the brink of success and with just a little disappointment or setback, they lose heart and give up too easily and too soon. You can never know the great things that you might achieve only if you persevere.

Without a high self-esteem, your life could be rather boring. Change your thinking and begin to see yourself on top of the world. Make a very special effort to be what you really want to be.

You have to seriously decide either to remain in a miserable state of low self-esteem or acquire self-esteem improvement and develop a high self-esteem with good character and self-image.

5 REASONS YOU MUST LEAVE EXCUSES EVEN IF THEY ARE 💯VALID

1.Excuses limit growth: When we make excuses, we are essentially placing limitations on ourselves and our potential for growth. By not taking responsibility for our actions or circumstances, we prevent ourselves from learning, improving, and ultimately achieving our goals.

2. Excuses damage credibility: Repeatedly making excuses can damage our reputation and credibility with others. People may begin to see us as unreliable or untrustworthy, which can negatively impact our personal and professional relationships.

3. Excuses waste time and energy: Making excuses takes time and energy that could be better spent on finding solutions or making progress. Instead of focusing on the problem, we become fixated on finding ways to justify our behavior or situation, which often leads to inaction and stagnation.

4. Excuses reinforce negative thinking: When we make excuses, we reinforce negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs. We convince ourselves that we are unable to overcome challenges or achieve our goals, leading to feelings of frustration, self-doubt, and even depression.

5. Excuses prevent accountability: Taking responsibility for our actions is a crucial aspect of personal growth and development. By avoiding accountability through excuses, we miss out on opportunities to learn from our mistakes, improve our skills, and become better versions of ourselves.

5 Tips to Avoid Being Negative.

Everyone does get negative at some point in their life. Whether it is at work or home negative situations happen almost all the time. It is rather unfortunate that we cannot avoid them and thus beg the question of how we can change these negative thoughts to positive ones?

It is important to be positive in adverse situations, even though it might sound hard or rather impossible, it is very much possible to stay positive no matter the situation. Learning the power of positive thinking assists us to remain in a positive state of mind even in the midst of a tragedy.

Additionally, knowing how to convert that negative energy into positive energy can lead to a healthy and comfortable lifestyle. I have come up with five ways of how you can avoid being negative and when you put these five key points in mind you will be cheerful and even see some light of positivity in any situation that you may encounter.

1. Stay around positive people.

Hanging out with positive people will certainly help you stay positive. You should avoid negative people because they will only rub their negativity off on you. They will bring you down from trying to achieve positivity to be a cynical person once more.

2. Remind yourself what you are grateful for.

In negative situations, we tend to find ourselves thinking of the good things in our lives. You should voice those good thoughts and practice gratitude.

Develop a culture of talking about the good things that happen to you other than focusing on the bad ones. Also, it is ideal to keep a journal of all the good things that you have done on a daily basis. By acknowledging what you are grateful and thankful for will help your nature a grateful heart and mind, even in adverse situations.

3. Own up to your mistakes.

If you mess up, take responsibility. If you do something good, reward yourself. Do not blame other people for things that are your fault. This only brings a negative energy towards you by thinking about all the negative things about that situation. Instead, accept the situation as it is and move on with life.

4. Avoid drama in your life.

Drama is an unfortunate and nasty characteristic to have. Part of avoiding drama is preventing dramatic people. Avert the gossip at all costs. It will do you no good and only helps to spread negativity.

5. Be kind to people.

By being kind, you will not have time for negative thoughts. Do various acts of kindness every day. This will keep you in a happy spirit. Besides, karma will also pay you back handsomely for your kind deeds.

Conclusion.

Negativity is everywhere, heck even in weddings, days that are considered to be the happiest days in a person's life. You will most likely find a few negative people there. It is important to transform yourself into a positive thinker since you will end up living a happy and healthy life. So be positive, and life will be positive with you.
