The 7 Habits of Highly Ineffective People.

The 7 Habits of Highly Ineffective People.

1. They complain about the past, the present, and the future. Complaining or venting to friends is natural when we are under stress, but it should only be done in moderation. Making it a habit makes you focus more on the negative mindset, and difficult to switch into a positive mindset. Also, you should avoid complainers because listening to complainers is bad for your brain. Being exposed to too much complaining can actually make you dumb.

2. They are caught up in stup*d drama at all times. Their self-esteem depends on the approval of others and doesn't come from a true feeling of self-worth. They have an overwhelming desire to be noticed and often behave dramatically or inappropriately to get attention.

3. They are substance abusers. They smoke excessively, drink excessively, and use drvgs excessively. Then, waste time denying or arguing that these things are a problem. Or they waste time talking about how these things are a problem, but they cannot stop them.

4. They work for a job for money only. They have no satisfaction from a job well done. When at work, they complain about what could be done at home or how they could have been having fun somewhere if not the need for money. When at home on days off, they do nothing. I hope to get back to work.

5. They procrastinate. Highly ineffective people procrastinate a lot. And the longer they wait to get something done, the higher the chances that it will never get done. They perceive time as endless and forgiving, without realizing that time—unlike money—is the only resource that you cannot recover when you lose it.

6. They blame others. Many avoid making plans due to an inner belief that someone is coming to their rescue. Worse, this someone is often perceived as owing them (entitlement mentality), perhaps someone they blame such as a parent or sibling. They may even blame anonymous groupings such as "the rich" for their p00r progress, which simply outsources their future to the people least likely to help them. Instead, take responsibility, recognise that you are the master of your own fate.

7. They lack a sense of direction. They are floating through life without thinking about which way they are going. They are sometimes lost, lack a goal or without any goal or sense of purpose. Finding the right direction in life is not something that happens to you; it’s something you create. Take action, avoid bad company and surround yourself with the people who motivate you to improve and pursue your goals.
